Relational Team Development Training

This course addresses key elements in the RELATEDTM Model for Complex Patient Care.  Building on standard practice facilitation methods, RELATEDTM adds elements for working with team dynamics in the clinic as well as working with PCPs and care coordinators to build skills for working with patients with both mental and physical illness.

Mental health clinicians and standard practice facilitators will benefit from learning about RELATED methods and strategies for integrating behavioral health into primary care clinics. A pathway to certification is available for mental health clinicians.
